THE SPACE
Located in Assagao, the property is a two-hundred-year-old mansion that has been wonderfully restored. The old-world charm has been brought to life by an amalgamation of contemporary and traditional design. There are 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms centered around a stunning open courtyard. Built in an Indo-Portuguese style, the property is a quintessential setting for relaxation, leisure, and entertainment. The high ceilings are made using teak wood, covered in terracotta tiles and, the beautiful white walls support oyster shelled, shuttered windows. The subtle earthy colours used in the architecture lend the property a sense of tranquillity. With no shortage of open spaces to lounge in, you can truly immerse yourself in the peace that surrounds you.
To ensure you never feel comprised, our housekeeping team is always on their feet. Besides a choice in cuisines, there are also a range of options for where you can dine, sit out in the garden pergola shaded by the tall bamboo plants, the veranda at the house or, the Vasary by the burbling fountain. These beautiful settings make every meal a unique experience. And just to make sure you build up an appetite for these feasts, you can choose to take a long walk around you very own 1.5-acre sub-tropical garden or perhaps even a few laps of your infinity pool. Alternatively, if you’re one who enjoys some pampering, the yoga, healing, and massages on offer, will surely help you feel anew.
Besides the facilities at the property, the location also provides access to some of the lovely beaches of North Goa and, some well-known restaurants too. Some of our favourites are Gunpowder, Sublime, The Sea, Suzie’s, Villa Blanche and Edible Archives.

Check in time is 2:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. There are designated smoking zones in the outdoor areas of the villas. We have a strict anti-narcotic policy at the property.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancel the booking 60 days in advance, you will get a 100% refund.
Cancel the booking 30-59 days in advance, you will get a 50% refund.
Cancel within 29 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
