Yes it is, as we provide a 7 years construction warranty with our projects. We have our own Project Management Team which includes security and housekeeping. Your home is looked after even when you are not there. If you opt to rent out your property with us, we have a Rental Management Team as well which looks after the same. We assure you that our commitment to excellence continues long after you buy the property and move into it.

Post completion of the maintenance contract, there is an increase in the maintenance. This is done to counter the inflation.

The occupancy levels on rentals depends on you, (the owner), how well furnished the apartment/villa is and also how often and the period when you occupy the apartment/villa yourself.

That is dependent on you, the owner. Factors such as how well the apartment is furnished, when you occupy the villa and when you decide to stay also come into play.

We do not undertake to assure a minimum rental. We do it on a daily basis. The rates in season and off season are already intimated to you.

This is based purely on you, the apartment and its furnishings as well as occupancy levels.

Our maintenance charges are fixed keeping in mind the various people who are employed for this purpose. For example, the Building Manager, Housekeeping staff, gardeners etc. We are committed to provide you with excellent services at all times.
