The occupancy levels on rentals depends on you, (the owner), how well furnished the apartment/villa is and also how often and the period when you occupy the apartment/villa yourself.

We do not undertake to assure a minimum rental. We do it on a daily basis. The rates in season and off season are already intimated to you.
